RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason we will gladly accept a return within 7 days of purchase and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one if the item was full price. We will not accept any returns after this time. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Please keep your receipt as we will need the order number to process the return.

Gift cards and sale items are final sale and not refundable, shipping charges may not be refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will let you know once we have reviewed the items and if there are any issues. If everything is good to go, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow up to one billing cycle to see a return credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after one billing cycle, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will email you a return label.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver only.
